• Positive: El trato de los empleados, tanto en recepción como en el SPA. Sensación de seguridad, ante la situación con el COVID-19 y uso del spa en solitario reservando con antelación. Tratamiento belleza y baño niágara estupendos.

• Negative: Me hicieron una oferta en el spa por estar alojado, luego no me la aplicaron en la factura. Les he escrito para que me lo expliquen, pero no he recibido respuesta alguna. ¿insisto o me van a contestar? Mi valoración a priori dependería de esta circunstancia, aunque voy poner que "muy bien", esperando que me den explicaciones y me corrijan la factura. En total serían 12€ a mi favor.
