• Location: 7.5 I was annoyed that the hotel staff didn't explain to me that I had to pay separately for a beach chair.
• Common facilities and services: 2.5 Wifi was so weak I couldn't contact my family consistently or use any form of video-call
• Staff: 5 Completely unimpressed with original welcome. Staff on second stay were far more pleasant and helpful.
• Quietness: Not rated Room 317 was very noisy. I could hear the young child and family clearly through the adjoining door. I could also hear furniture being moved above me. 717 was quieter, but could also hear furniture something being moved above my room in the morning.
• Room: 5 Room 717 had a spectacular view, as I had hoped. The view from 317 was VERY disappointing. 317 was also much darker. Had I been staying more than one night, I would have asked for a room change.
• Value for money: 5 I would like to bring my children for a weekend to relax, but likely not in the summer. The rates are too high for what one gets.

• Location: 7.5 Depends what you want. Great view of the sea, poor location vis-à-vis the Palma sights
• Common facilities and services: 5 Restaurant OK but not fabulous.
• Staff: 5 I did not like to be awakended by the staff at 5 am outside of the elevator
• Quietness: 2.5 Could hear the couple next door and their television. Also the connecting room door was not locked and we were interupted at one point by an uninvited guests
• Room: 5 No specific shower, no ventilation in the bathroom, wifi was only adequate.
• Value for money: 5 The value was in the view and not in the rest.

• Room: 7.5 602 room smelt musty bathroom is bit old fashioned and cramped. Showering in the bath is not ideal these days.
