• Negative: Unfortunately we had a problem with the water, from 22 pm to 10 am of the day after there was no water in the hotel, we asked but reception told us that was a problem of the neighborhood. In the morning the problem wasn’t fixed yet, and it’s crazy that we had to wash ourselves with bottled water. The response was only 3 complimentary coffee. The girls were very kind but this was a very uncomfortable situation for us.

• Location: 7.5 Location is brilliant, just off la rambles, short walk to the port. Within minutes of metro links, some nice little bars and restaurants nearby. However, slightly noisy at night being on a square.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Swimming pool, breakfast area, bar (shut due to covid)
• Staff: 10 Very helpful. Went above and beyond to help with any of our enquiries.
• Quietness: 5 We had a room with a view of the square. At night it was very loud.
• Room: 10 Great size room. Great place to chill after a long day of walking
