• Location: 10 Great walk around old city on the doorstep, 5 mins to cathedral a stone throw to the market
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Only used the bar on a coupl of occasions
• Staff: 10 Very helpful listened to our request on the first night to change rooms. They did this the following day with no inconvenience to ourselves.
• Quietness: 10 The double glazed doors in our room cut out the outside noise. Some noise heard on the corridor

• Quietness: 10 We had three sets of French doors opening to a very bustling street, great for people watching, but as soon as the doors were closed, it was so quiet. Great insulation
• Room: 10 Only negative was that closet was by the door and far from the bathroom
• Value for money: 10 I was satisfied. It was the nicest most spacious, convenient Lynn located hotel of our Europe trip
