- Negative: I booked the hotel via hotelsearch. Then i arrive there and they transfer me in a 2* hotel (montreal is 3*) for the same price. which is a bad service by hotelsearch and a bad service by the hotel as well. and the only comment i get is: if you're not happy with that, try to find another place. which isn't very nice when you've prebooked your room. plus: ordered a twin room and we got one small french bed.

- Positive: We arrived about 10am and were able to get straight into the room which was a bonus, friendly staff, clean room and public areas
- Negative: Very hard bed! which is ok if you are used to one but did cause us to have broken nights sleep. Unreliable lift which we were stuck in twice {between floors} though alarm quickly answered
