• Positive: Muy buen servicio. El personal de alta cualificación, atento, muy servicial y muy detallista.
• Negative: Lo que menos me ha gustado no ha sido en el hotel, ha sido en la pregunta que realizan sobre la categoría de este hotel. Es muy genérica, poco acertada ya que no se puede profundizar en dar una valoración concreta ni de sus instalaciones, ni de sus materiales, etc. En definitiva, les instaría a replantearse la pregunta que realizan en preguntas más concretas e individuales, ya que a mi no me daría ninguna conclusión concluyente para mejorar algo de mi negocio. No obstante, y para seguir con su formulario de satisfacción, señalaré Estandar, aunque no se que significa (Bien equipado pero sin lujo, varias comodidades comunes y en la habitación...)
