• Common facilities and services: 2.5 Breakfast only starts at 7.30, which is very inconvenient if you have an appointment at 8.00. It also turned out to be a bit of a disappointment when I finally had the chance to get some.

Unfortunately, the wiring in the new room was bit funny: Radio started when I turned off the air conditioning. That switch was broken, but I got lucky and the radio stopped when I turned off the light ...

• Location: 10 Fabulous location at the top of La Rambla ideal for exploring the old town and other areas
• Common facilities and services: 5 I didn't have breakfast but common facilities looked adequate
• Staff: 7.5 Polite and helpful
• Quietness: 5 This hotel is located on a busy road but I had an inside room and noise was no more than expected i.e. I could hear the shower in the next room and the odd person walking about but neither bothered me.
• Room: 5 I had a single room with ensuite which although small had adequate facilities
• Value for money: 5 I stayed over New Year and booked the accommodation only two weeks beforehand so it was quite expensive but I think at any other time of the year the hotel is value for money, especially given the location.

• Positive: Excellent emplacement, superbe vue depuis le balcon, personnel agréable, arrangeant et à l'écoute, petit-déjeuner copieux, climatisation dans la chambre, wifi gratuit......
• Negative: Rien de spécial. Certaines personnes ont peut-être été dérangé par le bruit extérieur. Moi personnellement pas car j'ai toujours vécu au centre ville et j'ai l'habitude ce bruit de fond "dynamique" ;)
