• Positive: room was designed well, the reception staff were very helpful
• Negative: staff were rude in the bar, breakfast was supposewd to be served until 11am on the weekend but was cleared at 10:30, the pool was closed, we were asked to leave the garden area on the one day we decided to stay at the hotel for a private function. no tea and coffee facilities in the room.

• Location: 7.5 close to airport and not far into central madrid

• Staff: 2.5 bar staff rude, reception staff excellent
