• Negative: At breakfast coffee was weak and cold. The TV was blaring. Breakfast at Las Conchas was the WORST. Our room was very modest but this was actually in keeping with the modest nightly rate.

• Negative: Una habitación estaba sin limpiar. Parece que la subcontrata de limpieza no entró a la habitación a limpiar. Es lo malo de no tener personal fijo de limpieza y de no revisar las habitaciones.
