• Positive: The hotel is central, only a few blocks to the promenade. Breakfast adequate and nice balcony.
• Negative: The beds were not comfortable. The carpet was dirty. The smell was coming from air conditioning systems.

• Negative: We was 2 senior persons my wife and me (for 7 days) and we found that the kitchenet furnitures was inadequate and insufficient, exp: frig, microwaves, boiler and 2 electric plates was o.k. but We had 2 shallow plates, any soup plates, 1 dessert plate, 1 big pot any pans, 2 forks, any dessert forks, 1 teaspoon, 1 soupspoon, any ladle, 1 table knife. Any coffee filter pot, (you know that continental peaples like coffee in the morning and not nescoffe). The bath towels smels clorine.

• Location: 10 Great location, only a short walk to the promenade and the shops/restaurants
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Breakfast was lovely and there was a fair bit of choice.
• Staff: 10 The staff were lovely. Very friendly and helpful. Very welcoming.

• Room: 7.5 I stayed in a small room, but it had a TV. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was all you needed. Would have been nice to have tea/coffee facilities though, that was disappointing.
• Value for money: 5 The breakfast was quite expensive.
