- Cleanliness: 10 Perfecta. Cuando entras en la habitación se ve muy limpia y huele muy bien.
- Location: 10 Extraordinaria. Ideal para entrar y salir de Ávila. Con un centro comercial al lado, una parada de autobús muy cerca para desplazarse al centro aunque andando tranquilamente se tarda unos 45 minutos.
- Common facilities and services: 10 Magnificas instalaciones. Garaje amplio para aparcar y de fácil acceso. Una recepción grande y amplia con un salón bastante elegante. Un restaurante donde se come muy bien y bastante espacioso. Y una zona de desayuno lo suficientemente grande para estar cómodo. Y con una oferta muy completa para un desayuno bastante bueno.
- Staff: 10 Con lo bueno que es todo en este hotel, es lo mejor del mismo. Son muy competentes, amables, atentos y, sobre todo, muy cercanos y muy competentes. Hacen que tu estancia sea inmejorable.
- Quietness: 10 Zona muy tranquila para descansar. No se oye un ruido.
- Room: 10 De auténtico lujo. Son suites con salón separado del dormitorio. No le falta detalle.
- Value for money: 10 Buenísima. De hecho dan demasiada calidad para el precio que cobran.

- Location: 10 Inmejorable. Excelente para entrar y salir de Ávila. Y andando a unos 45 minutos del centro aunque también tiene una parada de autobús al lado del hotel. Además, tiene junto al mismo un centro comercial para lo que necesite.
- Common facilities and services: 10 Excelentes. No les falta detalle. Desde que entras en el hotel se nota la clase del mismo. Y el aparcamiento muy amplio para maniobrar sin problemas. En el restaurante se come muy bien y el desayuno extraordinario.
- Staff: 10 Con ser muy bueno el hotel, lo mejor que tiene sin lugar a dudas son las personas que trabajan allí que te demuestran en todo momento lo competentes que son y que derrochan amabilidad y están siempre dispuestos a echarte una mano en lo que necesites.
- Quietness: 10 Muy tranquilo. Se descansa muy bien en él.
- Room: 10 De lujo. Auténticas suites con un salón separado de la habitación. Y un baño completísimo.
- Value for money: 10 Excelente. Dan mucho más de lo que cuesta.

- Room: Not rated lo normal sería , que cuando un cliente da cuenta de un problema en la ducha, la cual estaba rota y era imposible su utilización. Al día siguiente, lo único que habían hecho fue cubrir la rotura con el embellecedor, e indudablemente no te puedes duchar ya que sigue rota
