• Negative: Despite the possibility to pay at the hotel and an email that I sent to communicate our arrival time (around midnight) the hotel tryed to take money from my prepaid card around 23.30. Since the prepaid card wasn't charged with money they weren't able to do the payment and gave our room to other person. No call or email to ask where we are before doing that. Fortunately they found us a room in another hotel for the first night.
