• Positive: Geoff at the front desk on Fri 13/9/19 afternoon was a life saver for us as we had difficulty finding the hotel. We were quite near but couldn’t find it. I called him on my cell from our car and he guided us to the hotel in 5-10 min. He also helped us find the parking garage, carried our luggage to our room, gave us restaurant recommendations. He went beyond basic customer service. Very personable. Good breakfast and good hotel value. Breakfast lady was also great.
