• Staff: Not rated The staff were generally useless! I booked 12 rooms for 4 nights for the guests of my wedding and spent a lot of money in the rooms and restaurant and bar and the staff were terrible. No one spoke English and it seemed all the staff were inexperienced! Does not deserve 5 stars!

• Value for money: Not rated Overly expensive for the service! Terrible staff on the reception and also in the bar and restaurant in the mornings. They tried to charge us an extra night, they bar staff didn't know what Campari was, we were denied use of the pool. They tried to serve us cava when we bought 2 bottles of Moët champagne, the breakfast staff don't know the different kinds of eggs.
