- Cleanliness: 5 Bathroom glas sink was not clean every day. Towels were changed every day. We didn't leave them on floor. This was not that was promised on the card in the bath room. We can do 2-3 days with the towels.

- Staff: 5 I booked direct via the hotel site. There was promised a free bottle of water in from. We didn't receive it. By checkout the promised 20% discount was not deducted. We stored our suitcases in the special room, this room was so flu we had to look for our suitcases our selfs an help the porter to get them out of this room (no 4* service)
