• Staff: Not rated No courtesy at all on our arrival. The receptionist (Rafael) never said "buenas dias" or looked at us during the the 2 or 3 minutes we stayed at the reception desk to get our key. The waiter in the cafeteria was really unpleasant ; so we left the cafeteria to have a drink outside in an other place.
