• Negative: la porte transparente entre la chambre et les toilettes, qui ne permet aucune intimité ce qui nous a amené à changer de chambre. Mais à quoi pense le designer !!

• Positive: location of hotel is excellent but can be noisy if you have a front room onto the square, however looking out onto the square is half the fun and I would recommend it (you can always use ear plugs!). Laundry service was excellent. Tea & coffee making facilities and 2 bottles of water provided free in the room - both of which were much appreciated.
• Negative: No milk provided for tea and coffee. No tissues provided in bathroom but this seems to be fairly standard in Spanish hotels.

• Location: 10 Seems to be right in the very centre of Madrid and you can walk to most of the main sights. Hop-on hop-off bus starts from the square and Renfe/metro station is in the square
• Common facilities and services: Not rated
• Staff: 10 Reception and cleaning staff were all very friendly and helpful
• Quietness: 5 with a room looking onto the square you don't expect it to be quiet but believe the other rooms would be quieter.
• Room: 10 good size, nice bathroom with powerful shower and nice amenities
