• Negative: Housekeeping staff closet outside my door and staff starting before 8am, talking waking me up. The rooms were spotless, and they did a great job, but should be mindful that many guests are on vacation!

• Positive: Location, location, location! Every time we stayed there, our room looked out onto the busy plaza at the Puerta Del Sol. A clean, well-ordered hotel with capable staff, and a great base for a visit to Madrid.
