• Positive: 立地が良いのに、静かでゆっくり休めた。どこも清潔でバスタブも気持ち良かった。
• Negative: ホテル経営のカフェで朝食を数回食べたがスタッフは、あまり感じが良くなかった。確認書には朝食付きになっていたが、本来朝食付きはないようだった。私は英語が出来ないので、初日に戸惑ってしまった。

• Cleanliness: 10 清潔で気持ち良く過ごせた。
• Location: 10 美術館、王宮、マヨール広場、サン・ミゲル市場、デパートなど歩いて行けて便利だった。地下鉄も利用しやすかった。
• Common facilities and services: 10 きれいにお掃除してくれた。空気の入れ替えなどもしてくれていた。
• Staff: 7.5 特別愛想が良いわけではないが、必要なことにはキチンと対応してくれた。一泊旅行の時もスーツケースを無料で預かってくれた。
• Quietness: 10 周辺は非常に人が多い場所にもかかわらず、室内はとても静かだった。
• Room: 10 お値段に比べ、すべてにおいて良かったと思う。特に比較的に浴室が広めで清潔だったのがうれしかった。

• Positive: this hotel is gem. the staff were attentive, answered all questions, rooms were extremely clean. The cafe outside serves good food and was great for people watching as well as talking w/other people around the world. The location of the hotel is centrally located, close to the metro which made it easy to get around the city. If i am ever in Mardrid again i will defintely stay at this hotel

• Positive: The location was great and most of the employees were very helpful.
• Negative: The front desk person on my last visit. I had been in Barcelona and rescheduled a final night at the Europa when I returned to Madrid. The gentleman said I had not cancelled my original "last night" when I scheduled the new; he would not give me my room unless I agreed to pay for the previous night (when I was still in Barcelona). The hotel was never full so I thought it was wrong for him to charge me for the extra night. Technically, he may have been right but what he did was wrong and I will not return to this hotel. If you go there, be very careful, you won't get a break if you (or they) make a mistake w/r to your reservation.
