• Common facilities and services: 7.5 My mother fell on the front door of the hotel. The front door has a small gap leading to the street. My mother was taken to the hospital due on an ambulance because she hit her eye and five stitches on her forehead. The hotel personnel never cared about her well-being, and would not even cover any expenses as a courtesy.
• Staff: Not rated The hotel personnel has extremely poor customer service. Even though I stayed there before, they%27re very cold and not courteous.

• Staff: 10 Aunque España no es reconocida en el mundo por la amabilidad de su gente, el personal del hotel está bien capacitado y cumple con lo requerido en estos casos.
• Quietness: 10 La Puerta del Sol es ruidosa.El Hotel Europa, tiene un restaurante abajo. Pero las habitaciones que dan al patio interior son tranquilas.
• Room: 10 Las habitaciones con cómodas y están equipadas con todo lo que ofrece un hotel de tres estrellas.
