• Cleanliness: 10 Rooms were always clean and spotless.
• Location: 10 Brilliant location. I was always able to either walk or go by metro to every museum and restaurant that I planned to visit in Madrid. Furthermore, I was always able to find a taxi at Puerto del Sol.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Very good. Just one very minor comment. It would have been nice to have a bar of soap in the bathroom. During the two occasions I stayed at the hotel, I had to use my own soap from home.
• Staff: 10 Friendly and helpful.
• Quietness: 10
• Room: 7.5 The first room I had was rather small and the second one I used on my return was much larger, but both had all the facilities required.
• Value for money: 7.5

• Positive: Great air conditioning, very clean, good sized rooms, great location, friendly day and evening staff.
• Negative: Poor wifi (very important to me and my family), no ice machine (and the restaurant closed early and would only give one glass of ice when open), and very rude man working the night shift. He was rude on many occasions to me and my family. I can give many examples. The grey haired man that worked our last night was nice.
