• Location: 10 This hotel is literally steps from Puerta del Sol. My friend and I went to the horse's behind and Voila! There is the hotel!
• Common facilities and services: 10 The restaurant in the hotel is outstanding, a good value, and extremely convenient!
• Staff: 10 The staff was so friendly and acknowledged us went we came and when we left. One of the staff members even brought our luggage to our room! My friend got sick and the front desk called a private doctor to come to our room.
• Quietness: 2.5 Because of the location, the street noise is very loud. We were also there during a parade and political demonstration in the square. I slept with ear plugs the first night though and it was fine.
