• Positive: the style of the hotel, big room & nice food
• Negative: - a more comfortable chair or sofa to sit in, in the room. the one that is there is stylish really nice but very hard (or put cushions on it) - more amenities for babies and kids (babychair, bottle warmer, toys in the restaurant etc...) or make the hotel adults only ;-) We were with 3 couples with a baby and there was only 1 chair, which is a bit sad we had to 'fight' for it - a pool for kids; the current pool is very deep and I couldn't even stand in it. great to make leaps, but not for just relaxing and hanging in the pool... - more communication about the services or activities in the hotel. we were not aware about them. I would have loved to do yoga, if I knew this was an option... - more personal touch: we stayed a week, but there was nobody who once asked if everything was allright or to make things a bit more personal. We just stayed in a room in a hotel. which is a pity, because that would take the hotel really to the next level. The receptionist just stay at their desk, she should interact with the guests much more and propose things. we saw the paddle boards so we went to ask about it...
