• Common facilities and services: 5 The way to connect to internet is hopless. Have to type the user and password every time you turn on the phone. If so, the password should be very simple, like apple, cow etc.

• Value for money: 5 Breakfast should either be included or have a low price. It's nice to meet others to breakfast. Should be ha screen, computer to use in the reception, to check weather, get phone numbers etc.

• Positive: Hotel De Louvre was an excellent place to stay in Chamonix, the location was right in the center of town and the rooms were clean. The staff was exceptionally helpful and very flexible with the dates of my travel.
• Negative: The crappy ski conditions in Chamonix this winter and the small leak in the ceiling that dripped water on my new macbook pro. Luckily no damage done and they were happy to fix it if there was an issue.

• Positive: The hotel is very conveniently located, close from train station and starting points for the popular points including mer de glace and aiguille du midi cable car. It is reasonable priced hotel and they also accept payments by cheques vacances. View of Montblanc from our balcony was very awesome . The staff was very friendly and co-operative. Room was neat and safe.
