• Positive: The tranquillity of the hotel. The cleanliness and the lovely soothing music that played within the hotel. Fabris! He was lovely as was the other gentleman on reception.

• Positive: The location next to the Roman arena and theater and old town, the view from our room with the roofs of the city and the Provencal sky, and the superior design and furnishings of the room and lobby. The breakfasts were wonderful - real service and the freshest jams, yogurt, etc. Enjoyed the huge Saturday morning marketplace a couple of blocks away. It is also a great value especially compared to other nearby hotels that appear to put out more hype.
• Negative: Parking, but that is the trade-off for the superior location. Be sure to get good instructions on the website. There is no lift, but that is also a trade-off for the superior location, gardens, dramatic views at the top floor, and the hotel's history and elegance.
