• Positive: The ambience of the room and the central location to the city. The rooms were beautiful and rich
• Negative: The pool is not open past 8 or 9pm :(. Sometimes you get back late and just want a swim. Also I was not told about a loyalty scheme otherwise I would have booked the hoteles centre for all my travels where they operate throughout my holiday

• Quietness: 2.5 Teníamos late check out, y durante toda la mañana se escuchaban ruidos de habitaciones colindantes, camas arrastrándose por el suelo, las camareras tocaron insistentemente a la puerta dos veces (aporreando y al timbre) ya que pensaban que no había nadie en la habitación, por lo que nos despertaron dos veces.
• Room: 7.5 El único punto negativo es que es interior y no tenía mucha luz
