  • Room: 5 tamaño muy bueno, colchón muy bueno pero el baño se salía el agua, hay detalles de cortesía muy pobres y no reponen nada, tardan mucho en hacer la habitación

  • Positive: Hemos estado varias veces en este hotel tanto con esta cadena como cuando era de la cadena USA y las habitaciones perfectas en cuanto a todo, espaciosas, limpias, no se oyen ruidos, etc.
  • Negative: El restaurante está muy bien lastima que si hay varios clientes esperando tarden para mi gusto excesivamente en asignarte mesa. Hasta el punto que el ultimo día nos fuimos a desayunar a otro sitio, teniendo el desayuno pagado, porque cuando llegamos estaban 15 personas esperando, nos pusimos a la espera y la cola no se movía. Quitando esta pega que nos paso los 3 días que estuvimos aunque los otros dos días con menos tiempo de espera, por lo demás muy bien.
