• Positive: El trato amable y alegre del personal,,sobre todo comedor y bares del hotel, excelente, sin lugar a dudas el mejor activo del hotel.
• Negative: Las instalaciones del hotel en general,, están bastante deterioradas,excepto la planta hall(8ª), mi habitación 120, se veía antigua y no en muy buenas condiciones a excepción de las camas grandes y cómodas,,baño antiguo y deteriorado y en la habitación y pasillos mal olor,,,como a humedad o cerrado.Lo peor , las vistas de la habitación que daban a la playa, pero con un pino gigante delante de la ventana,,cuando fui a recepción a exponer el tema y solicitar un cambio de habitación me dicen que no, porque en mi reserva no había pagado 10 euros mas por persona para tener derecho a vistas al mar,,cosa que habría agradecido saber al hacer la reserva y no allí. También echamos en falta el servicio de picnic,,, del que el hotel no dispone.
