• 清掃について: 10 Spotless. Couldn't fault how tidy the hotel was - just great.
• 立地条件について: 7.5 The Hotel is just on the outskirts of the main city centre of Valencia which was reat as most things were only within a 10/15 minute walk - the only downside for me was walking back late at night some of the surrounding streets are pretty scary for a young woman as myself when it's dark.
• 設備やサービスについて: 10 Some people (especially avid swimmers like us) may be put off this hotel due to the "lack of" a proper swimming pool but knowing I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the dip pool. We were lucky enough to have the terrace area and to ourselves one day and fairly enjoyed our time in the pool. We were able to swim about fine - yes it was still quite small but I wouldn't let it put you off such an amazing hotel.
• スタッフ: 10 Staff were very friendly and helpful especially since me and my partner spoke no Spanish - they organised anything we needed and always wanted to see we were satisfied.

• 客室について: 10 We were in The Templar Roof room (no. 33) which was very spacious and modern. Not the room to choose if looking for a view of anything apart from the sky but we enjoyed this as it almost felt like we were sleeping under the stars.
