• Negative: TV didn't function, so the conclusion we made is that there was no all-round room inspection before checking us in. Note: the staff was very helpful and fixed the TV

• Staff: 10 Very pleasant and helpful staff.
• Quietness: 5 When we arrived the school children were outside on the playground. This was very noisy. So we would not recommend this room during the week.
• Room: 7.5 The room ambiance is spectacular. The bathroom is too basic - 1 sink - small mirror, so you had to bend the knees to look through - the shower door didn't close well, which means that you had a lot of water on the floor - the lightning is pleasantly but very poor if you want to get dressed up in the evening.
