• Positive: La atención de personal del comedor y la variedad del desayuno.
• Negative: Una semana alojados y no tuvimos ningún día plaza libre de parking (fue uno de los motivos por lo que nos alojamos) y no hay un parking gratuito cerca del hotel, mínimo andando 20min. Y bajábamos casi todos los días a preguntar a recepción y no guardaban la plaza si quedaba alguna libre. Decepcionante atención de recepción al huésped. Mobiliario nada nuevo ( se ve que nos alojaron en la parte vieja que no estaba reformada), no había ni nevera de mini bar, era bañera en vez de plato de ducha... el zumo del desayuno debería ser natural para ser un hotel de 4****.

• Negative: Que el parking no te lo reserven al hacer la reserva no lo veo correcto y encima te dicen que llames por si hay algún hueco te dicen que no y a los 3 min ya le han dado la plaza a otra persona. Fatal para un hotel tan bueno.

• Positive: Really clean hotel with a lovely pool. Reception staff and restaurant staff really approachable and helpful. I would especially like to say a huge thank you to the young man on reception who helped my boyfriend and I organize our covid 19 tests prior to returning to Ireland. We were relieved to have that organized. Thank you!
