- Room: 7.5 La habitación tiene buen tamaño y está rehabilitada. Los edredones estropean el conjunto, ya que son antiguos y demasiado usados.

- Positive: Todo en general. Los recepcionistas me gustaron especialemente, muy simpaticos. La habitacion estaba muy bien, y creo que no encuentro mucha diferencia con un hotel de 3 estrellas. Esta muy centrico, a 5 minutos del casco antiguo.

- Cleanliness: 10 muy limpio todo. El baño particularmente daba sensacion de muy limpio, ya que al estar nuevo, todo brillaba.
- Location: 7.5 Al lado del casco historico de la ciudad.
- Common facilities and services: 5 Falta un salon donde descansar y reunirte con otros viajeros.
- Staff: 10 Super agradables. Muy dispuestos, sonrientes, verdaderamente daban buena sensacion, creo que trabajan muy a gusto.
- Quietness: 5 Bien.
- Room: 10 Nueva, perfecta de tamaño, baño con plato de ducha tambien totoalemente renovado. Nuestra habitacion, particularmente tenia unas vistas increibles (estabamos en la ultima planta)
- Value for money: 10 Lo mejor! Sin ninguna duda, tiene muy buen precio, y el hotel esta muy agradable.

- Positive: La ubicacion, muy centrico, desde el hotel vas andando a todas partes, por lo que te olvidas del coche. Cruzando un puente llegas al Casco Viejo, que es el centro turistico de la ciudad. Buen precio, a pesar de ser Semana Santa. MUY recomendable.
- Negative: Todo muy bien, pero el desayuno tienen que mejorarlo.

- Positive: No hay nada que me pueda hacer recomendar este establecimiento
- Negative: El personal del hotel trató de ocultarnos en todo momento la situación real del hotel, dandonos referencias confusas para evitar decir que está en la peor zona de Bilbao, entre la calle Cortes, tradicional por la prostitución y la Calle San Francisco, donde el trapicheo de drogas es una actividad habitual. Además el hotel en sí estaba bastante cochambroso, con agujeros en las paredes y unos equipamientos muy deficientes

- Negative: es bastante cutre,las paredes se desconchan y el inodoro no está bien anclado al suelo. enfrente del hotel hay una colonia de gitanos que se pasan el dia dando gritos.la limpieza deja que desear bastante.
