• Cleanliness: 7.5 Just a little more attention to detail needs to bathroom. The taps, for instance, were clean and shiny on top but grubby and corroding on the undersides
• Location: 10 Less than five minutes WALK to the lively "Old Town" area and well away from the seedy area of Benidorm.

• Staff: 10 All the staff were pleasant, smiling and happy to do whatever they could to assist us. Never saw a sad face there !
• Quietness: 10 Inside was quiet enough. Because of the time of year, there was no garden entertainment to be obtrusive. A very peaceful and extremely pleasant Christmastide
