• Positive: The staff - so friendly and helful. The jacuzzi outside and also the English TV channels in the bedroom. The view from our balcony was also lovely.
• Negative: We decided to have the buffet dinner on one of the nights, and unfortunately the chicken skewers weren't fully cooked.

• Positive: presentation of overall hotel and pool area. Staff are professional and polite and food is excellent
• Negative: This is not a dislike but ... the room interior decoration is now looking dated ... I been the last 4 years and it hasn't changed. It is no longer superior and certainly not privileged. It looks late 1990's ... the bedrooms let the hotel down and probably aren't 4* but the bathrooms are okay. I stayed in 409 and paid full price for a last minute booking and got a room without a mini fridge ... this is not acceptable when the other rooms have fridges - all rooms should be consistant and standardised. However I let this go because I like the overall hotel - someone else may not have been so accepting if they received this room!!
