  • Negative: Mucha gente en el desayuno, no había ninguna mesa disponible para sentarnos. Había poca variedad en el desayuno. Era uno de los peores desayunos que tuve en un hotel en Barcelona, ya que viajo a menudo a Barcelona por trabajo y he estado en muchos hoteles.

  • Negative: Inconsistent service in regards to friendliness from front desk associates. We also had to ask for our keys to be reprogrammed almost every day throughout our stay and were told that it was likely our fault even though none of the associates making that comment took the time to actually explore the problem. That was very disappointing.
