• ここが気に入らなかった: Asked at the front desk if there were any spare umbrellas as it was raining heavily. Kindly gave me one and on checking out found I had been charged 25 Euro for this cheap umbrella.

• ここが気に入らなかった: Dining experience on first night was appalling.waited 45 minutes for an under cooked chicken that had to be sent back to the kitchen as the blood was coming out of it.This was accompanied by 3 tiny carrots and a teaspoon size amount of spinach.there were 4 of us dining and we all agreed it was probably one of the worst meals we've ever had, and certainly the worst value.We refused to even have breakfast in the hotel following the experience. I was also disappointed that there was no kettle in our room with tea and coffee facilities.We stayed in another hotel in Barcelona last year and we had this.
