• Location: 10 L%27hôtel est situé à quelques pas de la plaza del sol et de la plaza Mayor, non loin des musées, et au pied de la petite place Santa Anna, très agréable avec ses bars à tapas...

• Staff: 10 Le personnel de la réception est très aimable, et un de ses membres parle de plus très bien français...
• Quietness: 2.5 Il y avait vraisemblablement des travaux de rénovation en bas de notre fenêtre, ce qui nous a un peu gêné pour nous reposer l%27après-midi de notre arrivée.
• Room: 5 La chambre était assez petite et donnait sur une cour sans charme ; en revanche, la salle de bain était bien équipée.
• Value for money: 10 Dans l%27ensemble, cet hôtel présente un bon rapport qualité-prix.

• Location: 10 Fantastic location, in my opinion. Plaza Angel is central but quiet.

• Quietness: 7.5 At the time of my stay there was some renovation going on during the day, which the hotel had stated on its website. But it didn%27t bother me as I was usually out during the day. The walls were rather thin, thuogh, and I could hear the italian couple next door arguing and watching TV.

• Common facilities and services: 7.5 The inclusive continental breakfast was good and available until 11am
• Staff: 10 The reception personnel were friendly and efficient
• Quietness: 5 Secondary and double glazing stopped the street noise being a problem but the plumbing system could be heard during the night
• Room: 7.5 The bathroom was quite small but the bedroom was adequate, assuming you are not wanting to remain indoors all day. There was no plug for the wash basin or bath, Fortunately we have experienced this before and had our own.
