• Positive: A very good value place to stay and I would certainly come again when in Madrid. My bed was comfortable. The room was very small but that didn't matter for a short stay. The staff were extremely pleasant, patient and helpful
• Negative: The shower was ridiculously small. It was very unpleasant taking a shower, with the damp shower curtain against my skin (because of lack of space). I wish there had been fresh fruit offered at breakfast.
