• Positive: It was in a charming building and very secure. The location was excellent--very near Sol and the Plaza Mayor.

• Common facilities and services: 5 I would have preferred it if the office/lobby area were non-smoking.
• Staff: 5 The staff were friendly and I liked chatting with them. However, it would be helpful if they spoke a little English for non-Spanish speaking guests.

• Room: 7.5 Liked that it had an upgraded bathroom with tub and hairdryer. However, the mattress on the bed should have been replaced. It was in sad shape.
• Value for money: 7.5 I think that it was a good value for the location.
