  • Positive: Proximity to everything in the old city.
  • Negative: It was hard to heat, but not too uncomfortable.

  • I recommend it especially AGAINST... Older travelers, Luxury, Modern style lovers, Handicapped, Travelers with a car
  • Cleanliness: 10 Very clean
  • Location: 10 It is in the old city and within easy walking distance to the Alcazar and the cathedral.It is up the hill from the aqueduct.
  • Common facilities and services: 7.5
  • Staff: 10 All were very courteous and helpful.
  • Quietness: 10 No street noises from our room. We could, however, hear hall noises and noises from the adjoining room.
  • Room: 7.5 Nice room, but it was hard to heat. Bathroom had no heat.
  • Value for money: 10 We enjoyed staying in a 13th century palace!
