• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Negativo : La ducha tragaba poca agua y se inundaba. Además, echamos en falta algún enchufe más. Positivo: el aire acondicionado ndicionado, imprescindible en Madrid en esta época del año
• Staff: 10 Recepción disponible las 24 horas del día. Siempre amables y atentos.
• Quietness: 7.5 Es un octavo piso por lo que apenas se escucha ruido de la calle, aunque si que se escucha todo lo que pasa en el pasillo o recepción (y eso que no estábamos muy cerca)
• Room: 5 La habitación es muy simple. En nuestro caso, con vistas a un ojo patio. Muy pequeña, con una cama, un armario y un escritorio y sin sitio para mucho más. Como nos quedamos sólo una noche esto no fue un problema.
• Value for money: 10 Menos de 60 euros por una habitación doble junto a Gran Vía. Creemos que merece la pena

• Cleanliness: 10 They clean the room and bathroom everyday perfectly.
• Location: 7.5 You can walk to the Palace and Sol, Granvia, etc.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 I am fairly satisfied with their services. In my opinion, it would be better if they provide a refigerator.
• Staff: 10 The staffs are very nice. I could feel they took care of me at any time. I can communicate with them in English.
• Quietness: 10 No noise.
• Room: 10 I stayed at a single room with private bathroom. The size of the room and the bed was big enough for me.
• Value for money: 10 I think the price is reasonable.
