The Maldagora estate is located in a quiet and leafy setting, overlooking the Nivelle golf course and St-Jean-de-Luz bay. The Maldagora Villa, which was built in the 1930s, harmoniously combines the neo-Basque style and 1930s architecture. Embellished by a patio surrounded by archways and carved, painted columns, it sets the tone for the 7 two- and three-storey buildings, which make up the complex with their half timbering and colourful wood decoration (in Basque red and pine green), gently sloping roofs and terracotta tiles. The apartments mainly look out onto the fairways of Nivelle golf course, the gardens or the swimming pool. In addition to the facilities already listed, all the apartments are fitted with 4 ceramic hobs, an oven, an electric coffee-maker and a terrace, balcony or loggia with garden furniture. A safety deposit box and a phone are available at an additional cost. Some apartments have facilities for the disabled.
